Prior to launching his new family, ZURATTI, Michael joined forces with Lamont Smith in the representation of several Hall of fame HALL OF FAMERS including BARRY SANDERS, JEROME BETTIS and EDDIE GEORGE. At All-Pro Sports, he rose to leadership roles in contract negotiations, NFL relations, procurement of marketing and endorsement deals, pre-draft training, talent acquisition and client relations

Michael is an advocate for helping underprivileged youth. He gives public, motivational speeches regularly at schools across the country.

Mimi is a certified NFL and NBA agent and is a pre-registered intermediary with U. S. Soccer. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University, School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University. 

Prior to becoming an agent, Mimi was a Police Officer in New Jersey for 25 years. Mimi rose through the ranks and became the first female Latina Lieutenant in the history of the County. Her experiences have included undercover narcotic operations,  surveillance and wiretap investigations, sexual assault/child abuse cases, as well as numerous homicide and death investigations.  

On a personal level, Mimi is a mother to two NCAA athletes. In her spare time, Mimi teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Criminal Justice Department at William Peace University.

As an Agent at Zuratti, Mimi dedicates her time to mentoring and advising professional athletes with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.  Mimi’s 20+ years of experience in sports allows her to guide athletes not only throughout their professional playing career but more importantly with their their goals and aspirations in their lives beyond sports.

Cephus is a licensed attorney in Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Memphis.

Cephus has spent the last decade serving as a Trial Lawyer resolving multi-million dollar cases for families with catastrophic injuries. Cephus is a HIGH POWERED ATTORNEY who is regularly asked to lend his legal knowledge to the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Cephus brings his passion for sports and entertainment and his wealth of knowledge as a Certified NFL and NBA Agent. As Managing Partner and Director of Contracts and Negotiations, Cephus has utilized his extensive negotiation experience from years of negotiating with insurance adjustors and defense attorneys to garner the best outcome for his clients.
